INNOVATION: Patented, designed and prototyped a best-in-class Lens Pitch Measurement System (LPMS) for Grin Lens and a novel CWDM filter with a linear slope in insertion loss for temperature compensation. STRATEGIC GROWTH: Improved product design and process to increase market share. COST-MANAGEMENT: Implemented new component and module designs & processes to work across multiple product platforms to reduce overall component quantities while also increasing specific component volumes.
