About Jimalee Lovely

When I changed my career path from office manager to call center agent in 2005, I found my passion. As a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on my company’s products and services, solving customer concerns is one of my driving forces. My greatest strength in an agent role is being able to deescalate a situation by finding a compromise that is in the best interest of my customer and my company. The opportunities that put me in Team Lead and Supervisor roles enabled me to use my coaching and mentoring skills to assist others to exceed their professional and personal goals. I possess a strong ability to make sound decisions and prioritize under pressure. My passion to help others extends into my personal life. I am heavily involved in volunteer work that enables me to make a difference in my community. I work with women in domestic violence situations so they can create a better future for themselves and their families. My focus on creative solutions both professionally and personally gives me motivation to keep reaching higher and to never give up.
