A licensed agent in Property and Casualty and Life Insurance agent that believes by personalizing my service with my customer it plants the roots for a long-term relationship. My specialty is helping social service organizations and historic organizations ensure that their insurance needs are properly met and that they are not forgotten in the upcoming years.Communication skills are the key to my success. I have conversations with my clients, asking the right questions and listening to my client's concerns and plans. When I meet with the client, we will review their current policy one on one. Utilizing my education experience, I will explain all of their coverage in a manner that the customer understands exactly how they are currently insured. I will then make suggestions, if needed, on how they may want to change their coverage to meet their current needs and ways that they may be able to save money. I have also developed strong relationships with many underwriters which allow me a chance to explain unique situations that a customer may have experienced, thus allowing me to find the best coverage for my customer. By making the interest of my customer my primary focus, I have developed a strong customer base that is growing through customer referrals.
