About Jimmy Duszynski

I’m a Senior Consultant at Deloitte with a background in federal and commercial consulting, specializing in enterprise technology implementations and workforce transformation. Since joining the firm in 2021, I’ve been promoted twice and have supported clients across the public and private sectors, including the U.S. Departments of Commerce (DOC) and State (DOS), as well as Chevron. My project experience spans ServiceNow and SAP S/4HANA implementations, where I’ve played functional roles in testing, training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and design. I’ve led discovery workshops, focus groups, and hypercare efforts—driving user adoption and aligning solutions with business needs to meet project timelines. Earlier in my career, I served in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel, where I supported the vetting and selection of political appointees for key national security agencies - most notably, the Departments of Defense (DOD), Homeland Security (DHS), and Energy (DOE). Beyond client delivery at Deloitte, I’ve led a team that developed social media strategy for senior Deloitte leaders and contributed to firm-building initiatives such as proposal development and external event tracking.
