I have been in hospitality business for the last 12 years since I began my career as an Assistant IT Manager working my way up to Group IT Manager of a Hospitality Organization. Management roles held in IT Management, Project Management and Business Technology Solutions together with Consultancy roles in successful multi-national enterprises. Core success through strong communication skills with diplomacy and tact to interact and work well with others at different levels in multi-cultural environments. Furthermore, completely fluent in English and Mandarin and proven experience in managing IT operations through strategic planning and tactical execution. I believe that my career progression has always been derived from a hands-on leadership approach to team members and tasks assigned. I began to hone and improve on my expertise in IT management when given more management roles which also helped improve IT Infrastructural and Project Management acumen. I am a result-oriented IT leader with demonstrated success in hotel IT management. My expertise lies in my ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to build & Revamp IT Infrastructural & Networking. This has been demonstrated in my proven track record of IT project management, exceeding goals, boosting cloud computing and increasing network security.
