About Jin Kim

Hello. My name is JIN KIM. I am a korean and I earned a Bachelor of Tourism in Tourism and Leisure Management at Kyung Hee Cyber University in 2014 in South Korea. I also have professional experiences working in various service fields. Currently, I have been working for JW marriott jeju spa & resort as Assistance Manager in South Korea since Feb-2022 and working with coworkers from different countries in cooperate environment. My main duty is Supporting the daily operations and the administration(OE requisition, Cashiering, Engaging the guests) and Training customer service and the knowledge of operation, table service, manner for new staffs as a service Trainer and Initiating training programs and material for better training. While I am working, I should continuously share opinions and find a better idea for making loyal customers in English. From these processes I have gained practical experience of the work, acquired the know how to communicate with team members and improved English to a level that has given me confidence to work in English environment.
