Maintain and manage general ledger accounts entries by compiling and analyzing accounts information, perform monthly closing, reconcile general ledger accounts to supporting documentation, generate financial statement accordance with US GAAP, analyze financial statements variances to budget.* Report consolidation financial statements to international headquarter.* Utilize ADP to process payroll, maintain general ledger with regards to payroll related transactions.* Assess revenue recognition, ensure revenue is recorded in compliance with GAAP * Credit management: assess the creditworthiness of potential customers using credit risk analysis tool such as D&B report. Set up and review customers’ credit term and limit, review customers’ payment history and payment trend periodically.* Cash Management: manage loans between group companies, perform cash positioning to meet daily liquidity needs, manage relationship with banks, perform cash flow forecasting to meet operational and strategic needs.* Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful annual financial audit.* Ensure compliance with SOX, plan and support internal control assessment * Provide information for tax provision and tax return purpose, manage tax related auditing.* Conduct corporate legal registration, sales tax and property tax filing.
