I am a results-oriented supply chain leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as Supply Chain Planning Assistant Manager at Epson Europe B.V. I specialize in transforming supply planning into a strategic function—one that not only ensures product availability, but also enables business agility, compliance, and growth. In my current role, I lead the continuous improvement of Epson’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools for Inventory, Supply, and Response. I work closely with Business Units, central teams, and Seiko Epson Corporation (SEC) to translate business requirements into robust, scalable planning processes. My focus is on building intelligent supply frameworks—grounded in data, driven by KPIs, and ready for change. I manage planning alignment across functions, support new business integration, and proactively resolve operational exceptions involving logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment. I also lead KPI reviews and performance conversations with BUs to ensure forecast and inventory alignment with strategic goals. As a team lead, I drive capability building through knowledge sharing, training, and coaching. I foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement—empowering my team to thrive in a dynamic, digitally evolving environment.
