As Executive Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, and Communications at Schneider Electric, I lead our global strategy and innovation agenda, aligning it with our brand purpose and mission. My background spans energy management and operations, with expertise in strategy development, marketing, and R&D innovation. I am proud to serve on Schneider Electric's Executive Committee.Since joining Schneider Electric in 2003, I've held leadership roles across global and local markets. Prior to my current position, I served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Energy Management Low Voltage Business for China and East Asia, where I oversaw operations and led the Global Power Products Hub in China.I hold an MBA from Tsinghua University, an EMBA from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School), and a bachelor's degree in Electrical & Automation from North China Electric Power University.In 2023, I was honored to be named one of Fortune's Most Powerful Women in China, recognized for my contributions to advancing the energy sector.
