As a Business Navigation and Operations Manager at IKEA, I am responsible for all financial aspects of a $130 million revenue organization with over 300 employees. I lead the business planning, resource management, and sales forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategy. I also analyze data to find opportunities to grow the business and enable fact-based decision-making. With over 15 years of leadership experience in IT and engineering, I have developed strong competencies in project management, sales process improvement, account development, product consulting, and talent development. I am a certified PMP® and have successfully managed global IT projects with budgets up to $30M and teams of 20+ members. I have also diversified my experience in sales, sales operation, human resources, and facility management, working with multinational companies such as National Instruments and Great Place to Work®.
