About Jini Etolue

I am a health care professional with over a decade of domestic and global experience in health care research, evaluation design, policy, and implementation of programs. My research portfolio includes evaluation of health care programs and systems, assessing quality of health care delivery, implementation of innovative solutions, development of performance metrics, patient safety, adverse events, health equity and the determinants of health, change culture and dissemination within health care systems. I also have substantial experience in project and task management; conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis; synthesizing lessons and challenges across stakeholders; providing training and technical assistance; designing tools and conducting high-quality primary data collection, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys. A dentist by training, I hold a Master’s degree in International Health Policy and Management.
