About Jip Hoekstra

I am currently employed at DHL eCommerce in Zaltbommel, working at the biggest sorting facility in the BeNeLux where I hold the position of Senior Team Leader. In this role, I act as the primary link between DHL and the agencies that provide workers. I am responsible for fostering strong and effective collaboration by ensuring that my colleagues receive the right personnel while also serving as the main point of contact for all matters related to staff and recruitment partners. Additionally, I function as an intermediary between management and the agencies, ensuring that the interests of all stakeholders are represented and aligned. Through this approach, my role contributes to a smoother and more efficient collaboration between DHL and the agencies by proactively addressing the interests and expectations of all parties involved.
