I am a Talent Acquisition Leader passionate about bridging the gap between human potential and data-driven decision-making. With over 15 years of experience in both agency and in-house recruitment (CEE & DACH). I specialize in building and leading recruitment teams, scaling technical teams for innovative companies reinventing their industries. I have not only experience with hiring for IT roles (developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers etc.) but also prior experience with recruiting for high-volume roles in SSC environment (back-office, call-center etc.). What sets me apart is my dual focus: I combine the experience of an ICF Accredited Coach with the analytical rigor of a Data Analyst/AI Automation Specialist and my business acumen. I don’t just fill positions; I build sustainable recruitment engines using modern technologies. Holding an Executive MBA and multiple tech certifications, I speak the same language as the engineering leaders I partner with.
