About Jiri Raska

I have been working in pharma industry my whole carrer, with experience across business development, commercial strategy, GMP operations, and cross-functional project work in global life-science settings. Over the years, I’ve worked in Quality, Project Management, Production, and Commercial roles, which has given me a broad, practical view of how the pharma world really works - from early development all the way to large-scale manufacturing and getting products to market. I enjoy building strong teams, creating meaningful partnerships, and shaping solutions that genuinely help customers and support long-term growth. What drives me is a commitment to doing things well - operationally, scientifically, and ethically - while creating real value for the people and organizations I work with. I try to bring together scientific, operational, and business priorities in a clear and balanced way. I also enjoy to shape strategy, develop trusted relationships, and guide organizations toward sustainable, innovative growth - whether that’s in CDMOs/CMOs, pharma manufacturing, or emerging biotech.
