About Jiri Tancer

I began my IT career in 2006 as a Mainframe Developer. Over time, I expanded my expertise across multiple domains within the tech landscape. I transitioned into a Services Consultant role, where I focused on maximizing value delivery for customers through our product portfolio. This experience strengthened my ability to translate complex technical solutions into real business outcomes. I later moved into leadership, stepping into the role of Operational Director. In this capacity, I was responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience. My mission has been to ensure customers gain continuous value through smart, incremental improvements. I work closely with clients to align technology with their evolving business needs. Driving adoption and long-term product success is always at the core of my strategy. Above all, I’m passionate about bridging the gap between innovation and impactful execution.
