About Jispa Doshi

I'm a 4th year Kinesiology student at UBC, pursuing a dual degree in the Bachelor + Master of Management (BMM) program. With a passion for sports, science, marketing and the outdoors, I bring a diverse set of skills and experiences to everything I do. As a national medalist swimmer and swim coach at the AMS Swim Club at UBC, I’m committed to fostering athletic development and teamwork. In my role as a research assistant at the POP-PA Lab, I help manage international projects like the SUNRISE study in British Columbia, contribute to the WAVES physical literacy project, and assist with data collection, analysis, and the writing of research papers. My hands-on experience spans project coordination, data management, and event leadership, developed through roles such as Team Lead at UBC, where I oversee varsity events and ensure operational excellence. Whether in the lab, in the pool, or in the great outdoors, I thrive in environments that challenge me to grow, lead, and collaborate toward meaningful goals.
