With over 23 years of experience in the Mortgage Banking presently working for Home Loans (Retail Assets) as a Sr VIce President I, at HDFC Bank, one of the largest and most trusted private Bank in India. I am now deputed as the Sr Regional Sales Manager for HDFC Sales a subsidiary of HDFC Bank. I lead a large team of sales professionals across Rest of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh locations responsible for driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. My core competencies include customer relationship management (CRM), people management, business development, and developer account management. I am passionate about providing affordable and accessible home loans solutions to the one's aspiring in both the formal and informal sectors equipped with a wide range of products to suit their needs and creating a positive impact on their lives.
