The first breakthrough came with process optimization, where I redesigned the CA onboarding flow, cutting 24 steps down to just 5. This wasn't just about efficiency; it was about proving that transformation was possible. The Breakthrough (Years 3-4) With credibility established, I took on bigger challenges. The Corporate Mobile App project became my defining moment—a true 0-to-1 initiative serving 25L+ customers. Leading 5+ cross-functional teams, I learned that product success isn't just about features; it's about orchestrating people, technology, and business objectives. The real game-changer was building our in-house AI/ML-powered Early Warning System. Replacing vendor dependency with homegrown innovation, we automated 10% of corporate credit monitoring across a ₹3500+ crore portfolio. This project taught me that 0-to-1 isn't just about creating something new. Scaling Impact (Years 5-6) As my expertise grew, so did the scope of challenges. I spearheaded the complete physical-to-digital transformation of our onboarding process, generating 7K+ daily leads and achieving 80% efficiency gains. The monetization engine I developed delivered a 12% cross-sell revenue uplift through behavioral analytics. The pinnacle came with recognition in Kotak's Top 40 Under 40 program—selected from employees for the Young Leadership Council.
