Responsible for procurement,selection of all field instruments,PLC(Siemens),SCADA,MCC Panel,PLC Panel according to proces. ERP system. Co-ordination with our vender and reporting manager about projects updates.Online support and technical guidelines to field team to execute projects during commissioning. Plc Programming,SCADA Screen development according to P & ID and process at Siemens platform. • Make various type instruments data BOQ according to P & ID. •Prepare data sheet of all field instruments like Temperatures,Pressure,Flow and level transmitter,Switch. •Prepare I/O list for PLC and MCC. •Calculate load of MCC Panel and finalised incomer size for MCC Panel. •Calculation of cable tray size and quantity through vertical layout for project. •Calculation of cable size and length for all instruments and motors. • Calculation of required hardware like cable gland,lugs,earthing strip,earthing wire,cable tie etc for project. • Prepare cable schedule for moters and instruments. •Prepare Junction Box detail for all instruments •Completion of BOQ for Project. •Float enquiry for required Instruments,PLC Panel,MCC Panel and other hardware related material. •Selection of all instruments according to our budget andprocess requirement from received offer from different vendors. •technically finlised suitable offer with coordination our project manager. •Completion of Indent for each required material through ERP system. •Mantain proper sheet of material status of Purchase order,payment, GRN in warehouse and dispatch at repective location for project. • Coordination with field team regarding erection of cable tray,instruments,PLC Panel and MCC Panel according to our design layout. •Guidance for installation and commissioning of all instruments. •Guidance for perameter selection of instruments according to process while commissioning of project.
