My name is Jitendra Bhalchandra Raut, having a progressive experience of almost 12 years in spearheading the functions of preventive maintenance and regular maintenance of electrical Equipment and Machines for ensuring operational efficiencies. I am presently associated with KLT Automotive & Tubular Products Ltd. as an Electrical Maintenance Sr. Engineer. I enjoy an extensive experience in attending and resolving the breakdown of Tube Mills, CNC machine, Slitter machine, hydraulic press machine, mechanical press machine, Robot & other Machines and performing a root cause analysis for troubleshooting the exact nature of problem along with rectification actions. I have a basic understanding of programming of PLCs and possess an excellent understanding regarding the usage and working of DC and AC drives. I have proven expertise in supervising the Preventive Maintenance work of Electrical machineries like DC & AC motors, DOL, Star-Delta Starters, Circuit Breakers and electrical distribution systems. I am an expert in Automation systems and very skillful in maintaining History Card, Why-Why Analysis, PM Check sheet & Schedule, TBM & CBM and performing Breakdown Analysis. I enjoy working in a team environment and strongly believe in the values of hard work, consistency and perseverance. I have proven abilities in managing end-to-end maintenance functions and minimizing the issues of machinery breakdown by implementing maintenance schedule.
