As someone who has spent over 15 years immersed in the world of software development, I’ve had the privilege of crafting solutions that not only meet business needs but also make a difference in people's lives. My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Datta Meghe College of Engineering, which laid the foundation for my passion for technology. Since then, I’ve worked with various esteemed organizations like Accion Labs and Intelegain Technologies, where I’ve honed my skills in Angular.NET Core, SQL Server, and PL/SQL. Leading teams has always been a rewarding experience for me. At Accion Labs, I spearheaded projects that required not just technical expertise but also the ability to inspire and guide my colleagues. One of my proudest moments was when I led a team to develop an enterprise-grade application for Management Science Associates that improved operational efficiency by 30%. It’s incredible what a group of dedicated individuals can achieve when they work towards a common goal. My freelance work also taught me invaluable lessons. It allowed me to explore diverse challenges across different industries while maintaining flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
