Jitendra has always believed that “Success is 99% Execution. Plan Less and Execute Everything that you have Planned” is his motto. Born and brought up in Mumbai,he did his initial schooling in Mulund, Mumbai. Obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He started his professional career in 2001 with a sales stint in Andromeda Marketing Pvt. Ltd. A Citibank associate and rose through the ranks working on various assignments as a Sr. Sales Manager, Asst. Team Manager, Sr.Team manager and Area Manager. In Dec 2006 he moved to Birla Sunlife to build up a strong agency channel of advisors. He has successfully set up and created a sound foundation for more than 75 advisors. As a Branch head and worked with leading companies like Reliance life, HDFC and ING Life insurance for setting up a new branch.was focused on the means.i.e right on the money in ensuring maximum licensed advisors and ensuring recruitment of managers.till the "inner call for family duties" became too clear and loud to ignore. Took charge of his fathers business after his demise and got it well settled within 2 years and handed it over to his brother with a view of returning back to the corporate world where he really belongs. With more than 10 Yrs of Hands on Experience in Retail he is able to deliver expected results by leveraging on his network and skills His ability to deliver in the most difficult circumstances has earned him a reputation of being dependable for the most challenging tasks. His knack of solving problems and his never -say- die positive attitude makes him a good leader to work with. After spending his entire professional career in Sales and Business Development, Jitendra calls himself a Human Resources Professional and professes that his ability to empathize with his team is his core strength and his ability to identify his subordinate's strengths helps him to train and lead his people in a much more positive and constructive manner.
