PCSs EMS SCADA panels and IDT. o AC and DC power cable laying and termination for the BESS plant. o Ethernet Communication and fiber Optics cable laying and termination for the Energy Monitoring System SCADA network. o BESS plant operation and control from the EMS SCADA and troubleshooting the field issues during the charge and discharge cycle. o 100MW Solar PV Power Plant with a 40MW/120MWh Battery Energy Storage System management, co- ordination with sub-contractor. • Soiling loss analysis & RCA report analysis. • Knowledge in Plant performance Ratio analysis, individual inverter performance and finding of its various factors. • Good knowledge in Sun grow & TBEA inverters and its fault codes clearing. And its efficiency analysis. • Analyzing & preparing of Clipping loss reports & soil loss reports for PV system analysis. • Maintaining of Plant availability & Grid availability through condition monitoring & preventive maintenance plans. • Troubleshoots of PV field DC ground faults, Inverter tripping, Switchyard equipment problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems. • Planning for local resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and major breakdowns. • Maintenance of ICR wise IDT, HT Panel, ACDB,Panel, OLTC Panel,UPS & Inverters as per PM Schedule. • Maintenance of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) wise Battery Container, PCS, IDT, HT Panel, LT Panel, UPS as per PM Schedule. • Communication with Govt. officials during Joint monthly reading (JMR) and signing on JMR. Skill on Testing of Transformer • Insulation Resistance Test • Voltage Ratio Test • Magnetic balance test • Magnetizing current Test • Winding Resistance Test • BDV Test
