I have acquired the significant skills as early career researcher in field of cyclodextrin complexation, host-guest chemistry, noncovalent interaction, self-assembled cyclodextrin nanoparticle, silica particle synthesis and modifications, optical spectroscopic techniques (UV, CD, fluorescence, confocal, multiphoton excitation microscopy), designing potential drug delivery strategies for colon by hydrogels via providing enteric coating to protect the drug from the harsh gastric environment, cell culture (cytotoxicity, inflammation markers and cell biology assays) model that can be used for targeting gastrointestinal tract and inflammatory bowel diseases. I have presented the seminar/courses/workshop on cyclodextrin and silica’s role in drug delivery for inflammatory bowel disease and associated drug delivery challenges.
