Previously worked as Senior Mortgage Underwriter with Plaza. Analysing the Credit, Income, Asset and Collatral as per the guidelines provided by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for agency files along with investor guidelines and Manual UW for required Non Agency and Non QM files. Evaluate debt to income ratios, loan-to-value ratios, FICO scores, property valuation (appraisal report)and various other factors to make sure that the loan meet the guidelines and under a minimal risk for the investor. Also works for Govt loans such as standard VA, FHA, USDA and VA Jumbo, FHA 203(k), 203(h). Also experienced in Non- QM loans like DSCR, Asset utilisation, Bank Statement, 1099, ect.
