With over 13 years of experience spanning Information Technology and the Life Insurance industry, I currently serve as an Associate Manager – Software Engineering at DXC Technology. My career has evolved from hands-on technical development to leading teams and delivering complex solutions, combining deep domain expertise with strong leadership capabilities. I specialize in the Ingenium Product—a widely adopted Policy Administration System used by leading Life and Health Insurance companies globally. My technical foundation includes proficiency in legacy technologies such as COBOL and DB2, and I’ve consistently contributed to application design, development, maintenance, and Ingenium configuration. In my current role, I focus on project management, delivery excellence, team leadership, and solution building. I am passionate about driving successful outcomes through strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. I hold a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I am also certified with ALMI Level 1 from LOMA, enhancing my understanding of life insurance operations and business processes.
