About Jiwon Ha

Commercially driven corporate lawyer, with specialized experience of complex cross-border transactions, including public and private M&A, project finance and strategic investments, as well as regularly advising on corporate joint venture arrangements. As a team leader of the firm’s Korea practice, I am well placed to ensure that the necessary resources and advice are provided to meet the specific business or project requirements of Korean companies within the Middle East region. I understand the cross-cultural aspect of international work and different business cultures so that I can help bridge misunderstandings, manage expectations and oversee a team of our lawyers in each jurisdiction we cover. I also have considerable experience in handling a broad range of commercial disputes involving local court proceedings, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution where the subject matter lies within the MENA region.
