About Jiwon Suh

My name is Jiwon Suh and I am a third year Accounting Student at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. I was born in Los Angeles, moved to South Korea, and spent all my life there before coming to college in the US. During my middle school years, I was interested in the 4th Industrial revolution, so I went to Surin Internet High School in Seoul, South Korea. I took various Business and Programming courses such as Economics, Accounting, Finance, C++, and HTML there. I participated in different club sports teams including Volleyball and Soccer. I competed in many events as a school representative, including Seoul Business Competition, National High School Economics Competition, and National Teens Business Competition. I am currently in the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps at the Ohio State University. My goal is to become a Naval Officer in the US Navy to serve the country and make an impact on people around the world. After my service, I’d like to continue my journey in Accounting field with my leadership and critical thinking skills earned in the Navy.
