I’ve always been drawn to complex systems — not just how they work, but how people interact with them, depend on them, and sometimes get frustrated by them. That curiosity led me into operations, where the challenge (and reward) is to make the invisible run smoothly. Today, I lead Customer Service & Operations at SITA for Aircraft — a global team supporting the services that keep aircraft connected and airline operations flowing. From service desks to data centers, product performance to telecom infrastructure, we are the human side of aviation technology. My focus is simple: empower teams, simplify the complex, and deliver outcomes that matter to customers. I’ve worked across continents, speak several languages, and thrive in multicultural environments — always learning, always moving forward. I’m proud to work in an industry that moves the world, and when I’m not doing that, I find my balance in yoga, kitesurfing, and exploring new places.
