About Jmac Dyal

My time at Ragan-Smith gave me the opportunity to work with AutoCAD, HP plotters, and various server platforms. I was involved in tape back-ups and restoring data from those backups. In addition, I discovered the joy of working with users who have a wide range of computer skills. My time at SunTrust has given me great experience on working with users remotely to determine and work through the problem as much as possible. I enjoy working with users who have a variety of computer skills and putting my people skills to use in working with them to best resolve any questions, problems, or issues. Although I have worked with a call ticketing system at SunTrust, I am still responsible for determining how to complete a variety of call tickets within the 100 mile area I service. Daily, I evaluate current issues and anticipate what will be needed so as to make the best use of my time. I have consistently closed a high percentage of call tickets, gaining recognition from my supervisor. I have learned that a clean server, including rack connections makes updates, changes, and additions make it much easier to troubleshoot and fix problems.
