About Jmarie Ventrella

I am a local recruiter representing the greater Los Angeles areas. Here at TEKsystems we pride ourselves on being the leading IT service and staffing company with over 100 offices across the country and supporting many fortune 500 companies with their IT needs and projects as well as small businesses. I like to focus on Applications and going that extra mile to get to know you and build a positive relationship in helping the greatest in the IT industry, not only now during these uncertain times but for the future as well as IT continues to grow rapidly. I love being a resource, advisor and supporting those I work with to better prepare them for the whole process and getting more familiar with the applications, communications, and the network infrastructures we work with. I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same. I am very creative, organized and communicate well with others. I am driven and love motivating those around me. I am a fanatic for details, especially when it comes to presentation. I always give 150% and my passion shines through every project I work on.
