Most recently working in the healthcare industry using the same tried and true techniques to change the face of healthcare in the US. Have held leadership roles supporting transformations in hospital and ambulatory operations, finance & corporate auditing, human resources, compensation & payroll, sales & sales effectiveness training, as well as winery operations - to support the fact that continuous improvement techniques work regardless of the business, process or industry applied.
