About Jo Bautista

I have the unique opportunity to see the impact sector from two sides: through my own venture as founder of my social enterprise, SendToGive, and through my work at YSI as a social innovation consultant where I foster collaboration between corporations and social innovators to strengthen the business case of impact. This blend of hands-on entrepreneurship and strategic consulting has given me empathy for the realities social entrepreneurs face on the ground, an understanding of how to navigate corporate dynamics, and a network that bridges grassroots innovators and institutional partners alike. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong foundation in creative problem-solving, project management, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement. I love bringing people together around a shared vision and turning ambitious ideas into concrete, actionable plans. Whether I’m building a project from the ground up, leading a team, or speaking to an audience, I connect with the people around me with authenticity, positivity, and a drive to create positive change.
