About Jo Davidson

I am an Organisational Development professional who takes a whole systems approach to people and business development to influence a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. With over twenty five years experience in both public and private sector, my background in O.D. HR, Quality Improvement and Workforce Development has fuelled my passion and commitment to create environments that enable people to maximise their potential. I apply research, develop, translate and operationalise strategy to maximise the aims and context of an organisation. All interventions are evidence based and solutions are sustainable, measurable and deliverable at scale. Quality and performance measures are defined and triangulated to demonstrate impact and outcomes. Evaluation processes and reporting in line with national standards are mapped to organisational scorecard and organisation governance / surveillance models. I aim to ensure interventions are applied strategically; achieving maximum performance and cultural improvement in accordance with research.
