I am a strategic leader in customer and community engagement, passionate about ensuring the customer voice shapes organisational decisions, services, and strategy.As Head of Customer and Community Engagement, I lead the development of frameworks that embed meaningful customer influence at every level, from frontline service design through to executive and Board assurance. My work focuses on strengthening engagement with customers and communities, ensuring that lived experience and insight drive improvement and accountability.I have a particular interest in supporting vulnerable customers and ensuring engagement approaches are inclusive, accessible, and representative of diverse communities.Alongside customer governance, I champion community partnerships and collaborative working, bringing together organisations, stakeholders, and communities to deliver positive local impact and strengthen trust. I believe organisations are strongest when customers and communities are not just consulted, but empowered to influence the decisions that affect them.I am also currently exploring opportunities to further contribute at the Board level, bringing customer insights and strategic thinking to the forefront of leadership discussions.
