With over nine years of experience in administration and communication, I am passionate about supporting youth development and operational excellence at Gloucestershire Youth Support Team. As the Business Lead for CEIAG and Administration, I oversee the delivery of high-quality careers education, information, advice, and guidance to young people, as well as the coordination of administrative tasks and processes within the team. As the Personal Assistant to the Operations Director, I provide efficient and effective support to the senior management, including managing diaries, travel arrangements, reports, and correspondence. I have also worked as the Office Manager and PA to the MD at Abercrombie & Kent, a leading luxury travel company, where I was responsible for the smooth running of the office, the organisation of events, and liaising with suppliers. I have developed strong skills in communication, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
