About Jo Holliday

Jo is obsessed with creating workplaces where people can bring their whole self to work and thrive. She skilfully guides and supports leaders to create cultures based on trust and autonomy, where ideas are passionately encouraged and mistakes are seen as learning opportunities. Whether it’s supporting cultural change, facilitating leadership programmes or developing an evaluation strategy, Jo’s enthusiasm and positivity define her motivating style. Prior to becoming independent, Jo had a successful career in Marks and Spencer holding leadership roles in both stores and Head Office. She’s since supported clients in a variety of different projects, all with the same goal of improving the workplace culture so that everyone can feel good about themselves and the work they do. In addition to her independent work, she is also a long term Associate of Happy and Investors in People Jo has partnered with many senior people including CEOs, executive committees, Directors, senior leaders, board members and senior civil servants. Her clients are drawn from a diverse range of organisations including charities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, SME’s and public sector organisations. Jo is a HR professional and a Fellow of the CIPD. She is also a practitioner in MBTI, TRACOM Social Styles, NLP, holds a PGCert in Coaching and is accredited with the International Coaching Federation. Her qualifications in evaluating and measuring the impact of people focused activity, bring an additional level of rigour to any project. Jo’s glass is definitely always half full.
