About Jo Jaynes

For over a decade, I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector, focusing on medical and disability camping and programs that empower individuals through inclusion and connection. Now, as the Institutional Giving Manager at Camp For All, I channel that experience into strategic partnerships, grant writing, and development—ensuring that transformative experiences reach more people. My journey has taken me from direct program leadership to a more operational role, allowing me to bridge the gap between mission-driven programming and the resources that sustain it. Previously, I held director-level positions supporting individuals with disabilities, shaping impactful experiences that foster independence and community. I was also honored to be accepted into Leadership Best Buddies, a leadership development program dedicated to developing leaders in advocacy and service. At my core, I’m driven by the belief that meaningful change happens through collaboration. Whether it’s building relationships with corporations and community organizations, supporting youth development, or amplifying marginalized voices, I am committed to being part of something bigger than myself.
