About Jo Jones

With over 16 years in Learning & Development, I’ve built my career on a simple mission: make corporate learning something people want to engage with. Moving beyond tick-box training, I design experiences that feel human, purposeful, and impactful. Today, I work with NIIT, partnering with global clients like Rolls-Royce, Reckitt, Rio Tinto, and Airbus. My role blends thought leadership, solution design, and hands-on delivery - always with an eye on measurable business impact. Along the way, I’ve earned CIPD certification in L&D Practice, NLP Coaching credentials, and a CELTA qualification, combining human insight with proven methodologies. From scenario-based eLearning to enterprise-wide strategies, my focus is always on aligning learning to capabilities that matter most. I don't think that learning should 'happen'- it should spark growth, innovation, and behaviour change.
