About Jo Lynagh

Hi, My name is Joanne Lynagh but everyone calls me Jo. I am a fully qualified remedial therapist and I am registered with the Australian Natural Therapist Association (ANTA). I have more than 13 years of experience in my field, having worked in other reputable therapy clinics before I started JLW (Jo Lynagh Wellness). As a remedial therapist, my primary aim is to free people from the burden of pain and discomfort so that they can have the highest possible quality of life and enjoy it without pain. I treat people who are stressed or have experienced injuries ranging from simple sports injuries, neck, shoulder and spine discomfort to more serious ongoing conditions and ailments. I offer a range of options including oncology massage, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy, Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, Indian head massage, cupping or dry needling to not only relieve but improve your bodies wellbeing. Pain can be debilitating and can have a negative impact on not just physical health but also mental wellness. I enjoy helping people and this is the reason I decided to pursue a career as a remedial therapist. I take great satisfaction in watching the transformation in my clients as they get relief from the pain that is holding them back.
