Client Experience Director with a history of working in the public relations and communications industry. Skilled in Crisis Communications and Management, Event Management, Media Relations, and Corporate Communications. Strong business development and client services professional with a 2:1 BA Hons degree in English Literature and American History from University of Leeds, plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from Bournemouth University, specialising in Marketing and Public Relations. Since joining WPR as a graduate over 20 years ago, Jo has worked with some of the best-known B2B and B2C brands in the UK. This includes the consultancy's very first client, Triton Showers, which is still with WPR after 29 years. These days, Jo is responsible for all aspects of client experience, as well as supporting teams with service delivery and best-practice guidance.
