About Jo McCormack

I am an Operational Risk Manager with experience of assessing, managing and reporting risks, both within first and second line risk and as an embedded Risk Assurance Manager within projects. I have experience in developing risk frameworks, with a broad understanding of governance frameworks and implementation of Risk Management Systems. I am highly-motivated with strong management skills and drive for results. Having worked extensively in previous project environments I am positive, with a "can do" attitude who is delivery focussed, which can be supported by a proven track record of delivering great results and meeting stakeholder’s expectations. I am adaptable with the ability to manage or complete multiple tasks from process documentation to writing risk opinions on strategic change. I am an experienced line manager who has provided leadership and direction to staff ranging from apprentices to employees with thirty years of technical experience.
