About Jo Moran

Mum of two. Wife of one. Experienced Financial Services leader and coach now training as a Menopause Coach. Striving to make the world a nicer place. My background comprises many aspects of Financial Services including; Regulated Complaints Management, FCA Suitability, S166 response plans, Organisational change, Risk management, Compliance and Operational Transformation. I’ve built my career on clear thinking, compassionate leadership, and a belief that doing the right thing matters—every time. I’ve led teams through complexity, change, and challenge. Throughout my career, I’ve supported and coached others as part of my leadership, helping people build confidence, manage change, and grow. That passion for people has led me to my next chapter: training to become a Menopause Coach. Why? Because menopause shows up at work whether we talk about it or not. And too often, people feel isolated, misunderstood, or unsupported just when they need clarity, strength, and encouragement most. I believe workplaces can do better—and I want to help. I’m learning, reflecting, and preparing to bring everything I’ve learned about leadership and communication into the menopause space. I believe workplaces can be kinder, more open, and more supportive—and that starts with understanding the real experiences people go through, including menopause. I’m excited to build a bridge between leadership and lived experience, helping organisations create cultures where everyone can thrive through all stages of life. Still striving to make the world a nicer place—especially at work.
