My expertise and interests lie in working with and advising SME's, startups & scale-ups & corporates that are industry disrupters and employee centric, as demonstrated by my experience as a LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Poppulo alumni. My passion is how employee attraction, engagement & experience drives productivity and retention. I have spent over twenty years working in this field advising & consulting clients across SME's, start-up, scale-up's and PLC. I have a particular Interest in LinkedIn, AI, augmented reality, Metaverse (It is not dead!) and emerging technologies and the role it will have in the "The Future of Work” We haven't even scratched on the surface!(Not sure about you but my mind is boggled with all the new updates every second of every day!) I am consistently studying to ensure I ahead of the wave to help advise clients moving forward (A certified Metaverse coach and commencing a Diploma in AI for business in September 2023) Throughout my career, I have consistently achieved No.1 Global, EMEA awards and talent recognition awards through performance, team management, revenue generation, and resilience. I take pride in my ability to deliver results while inspiring and motivating people around me. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a natural connector, coach, French speaker and animal rescue advocate.
