I am experienced in planning and executing migration strategies to ensure compliance and manage risk. During design I am focussed not just on meeting my stakeholder requirements but also on looking for innovative ways to exceed their expectations in areas such as increased automation, transparency/reporting and delivering tools that make the user more effective and self-sufficient. The challenge for any business is not just in the development of the product but in managing the process of migrating, implementing, servicing, supporting, marketing, pricing and selling the solution. In my role I am able to offer my advice and expertise in all of these areas.
