About Jo Sellars

An empathetic and positive individual I am truly passionate about supporting children and young people to be their unique self. I endeavour to be a safe non judgemental space for them to speak openly, activate their bodies and minds and gain a better sense of who they are. I believe that when young people are offered this opportunity their self worth, self esteem and mental health can improve and ultimately life satisfaction is enhanced. This belief has been formed through my own lived experience with anxiety as a child and continues to make me strive to help others with their wellbeing and help develop their own potential. My career to date has included a wide range of roles from working in the high pressured world of television production to program coordination and project management. At every point, I have always gravitated towards themes important to youth, their growth and also youth themselves. I value honesty, connection, challenge and growth and continually align my work with my values.
