About Jo Shepherd

Helping people attain a higher level of functionality in their lives is a passion of mine. I am interested in serving people in a wide range of areas, whether it is encouraging a group to come together for a cooking class, or more personalized assistance with finding reading material or a making a craft. Because I have so many interests, I appreciate a job that requires a flexible, diverse skill set. I have found this to be true in my position as Library Technician and EA at Dr. Brass since 2015, and now that I know this role inside and out, I am looking toward some fun new challenges! I am also a linocut artist and I make original lino art under the moniker Owl Eyes Printmaking (links below.) Ultimately, I am eager to have a healthy balance between satisfying employment and a creative family life.
