This experience instilled in me a deep understanding of organisational structures, streamlined processes, and the art of keeping things running smoothly. Championing Compliance and Sustainability: Today, I leverage my organisational skills to ensure compliance and promote sustainability at Hillcrest Structural. I spearhead various compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to ISO standards (9001, 14001), industry regulations, and internal policies. Furthermore, I play a key role in the company's journey towards net zero, leading carbon footprinting efforts and spearheading sustainable practices.
