At Frontier IP Group plc, my role as Group CFO leverages a rich professional journey through strategic financial management across multiple sectors and geographies. With a foundation in chartered accountancy and a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, I navigate the complexities of financial landscapes to champion responsible growth.At Argentex Group PLC,in partnership with the founders, I harnessed my well developed skillsets in organisational scaling and international expansion, while creating a robust framework for future growth. My time there fuelled an already strong desire to support entrepreneurs on their value creation journey and honed the qualities and mindset required to operate effectively in that environment. In just three years, we increased revenues by 94%, embarked on a program of digital transformation and expanded into three new territories.Throughout my career I have been passionate about culture and creating an environment where people can flourish in order for the business to thrive. As well as creating clear objectives, boundaries and frameworks, I believe that such an environment encourages its people not to fear failure but rather to learn as much through failure as success. These principles have underpinned some of the best most innovative teams around as well as those which I have been lucky enough to be part of or to lead.
