With a career that began in law and evolved into a passion for People & Culture, I’ve spent well over a decade refining my approach to HR leadership. Transitioning from lawyer to Organisational Development Manager, to (now) Director of People & Culture at Simpson Grierson was driven by my natural curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the most important asset of any organisation—its people.Today, I lead a dynamic team of HR professionals. From shaping employee experiences to driving cultural change, I prioritise initiatives that ensure people feel a genuine sense of belonging. My approach blends strategic leadership with empathy, always keeping people’s dignity and well-being at the heart of what we do. We navigate challenges with integrity, while also embracing creativity to foster a vibrant workplace.During my time in this role, our efforts have been recognised through various industry awards, including recognition for learning and development, and multiple Employer of Choice awards.
